  I am a cashier at the store and would like to respond to the comment given by Ms. Nari Lee. " This place took advantage of me when I was in a hurry. I didn't check my receipt or change, and they cheated me out of a dollar. It's not that petty little dollar I'm upset about, it's their service. The cashier acted all friendly like she was helping me with my change and said "Oh you just need to give me a dime and penny if you don't have six pennies." Yeah right, she cheated me. I usually check my receipts, but I was in a rush. Later when I checked, the receipt said something entirely different from what she told me. Do not spend your money at this Rite Aid. • • •" I give the store five stars because we do our best to help the individuals who come to the store. However, we are not always right, and make errors. I can tell you that I have never known of anyone in the dispensing area to have ever made a mistake with medicine and our pharmacists are among the best. I do not know of anyone at the store since I have worked there, beginning in 2011, that has intentionally short changed a customer. If there has been a mistake, we are able to audit the drawer to confirm a difference. If we have made an error, we do attempt to remedy it to the best of our ability. If you come in, please let me know how I can help. I am happy to know that I have made the day easier for you, especially if you, a family member, or friend are ill.

  The pharmacists at Rite Aid in Johns Creek are awesome! They know their stuff and are so helpful. My husband and I have used this pharmacy for over 5 years and they are very knowledgeable. They tell us how to save money on certain items. They are always GREAT at giving me advice on what over-the-counter things to take and thus I avoid going to the doctor for simple colds, etc.
