As a former resident, whatever you do...STAY AWAY from Proctor Square Apartments (Greenleaf Management). The apartments are BED BUG AND COCKROACH INFESTED. The management is aware of the problem that's why they make you sign a Bed Bug Addendum to your lease agreement. If you report the infestation to management you, will be charged $450. The Bed Bugs will infest all your personal belongings (i.e. furniture, clothes, bed) and will have bites all over your body like my wife did. IT'S NOT WORTH IT!!! Please heed my advice!!! STAY AWAY!!! Management is unethical and unscrupulous. The bed bug pest control will NOT work, and you'll be out $450 as well as your personal belongings. ~Former Resident 10/31/14
