  This is the only Bed Bath & Beyond location I go to since it's the closest for years and I have never had a problem until now. Three out of the four items we ordered (two in store and two shipped to home) were defect. They were supposed to be 95" but they ended up being 94". Went in the store to speak to them personally and had the worst customer service experience. They don't even bother looking at you when giving back refund. Not a single "sorry" was said in the first day. The manager "Jeff" even told me "that he did not hem them himself" so he wouldn't know. Like I thought he hemmed them himself. They looked like they did not want to work there and made ME feel sorry for receiving a defect. Never again, will I come to Bed Bath & Beyond or shop there or at least I will never come to this location ever again.
